See an issue with the site? Awesome! Please use the form below to report the problem. The more specific you are the better chance the problem will be resolved. To help us, please provide the following:
- Steps you took that caused the problem and what you expected the site to do. For example, I went to cheerhomeschool.com, hovered over Contact, and the website made a laughing noise at me. I thought if I hovered over Contact, a menu would open so I could click to go to a contact form. It may be easier to create a screencast via Jing or Screenr. Jing is a stand-alone application while Screenr is a website and requires no installation except maybe a web plugin like Java or Flash.
- The link of the page with the issue. Just stating that the page has an issue doesn't help us much, but if you get the URL (http://cheerhomeschool.com/my/special/page/), then it helps a ton.
- Your browser. Are you accessing the site using Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or something else entirely? Don't know which one? If you clicked on a big blue e then that is Internet Explorer. If you clicked on something with a fox, then that is Firefox. If you clicked on a compass looking thing, that is Safari (people in deserts need a compass). If you clicked on a circular thing with green, yellow, red and blue, that is Chrome.
Chrome Safari Firefox Internet Explorer - Your device. Are you accessing the site using a desktop PC, laptop PC, Mac, Linux, Tablet, iPad, iPhone, Andriod phone, Windows phone, or like me a dumb phone?
- Your connection. Are you accessing the site via Wifi (home, public, or office), dial-up, or cable (there is a wire from the wall to your device)?
- A screen shot or video. While not required, pictures are worth a thousand words. It can explain what you may or may not be able to explain, or it will remove any miscommunications between us (I call something one thing, and you call it another thing, which I think is something else).
- To make a video, Screencast.net is a great place to quickly create a video of what you are doing.
- If you do not know how to create a screen shot, there are a lot of programs that make this extremely easy. Our personal favorite is Awesome Screen Shot since it is a browser plugin for Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Another alternative includes TinyGrab.
- Jing is also a great tool since you can create both screen shots and video snippets to show what you did instead of trying to explain what you did.
- Dropbox (Win Download, iOS download) is also a great tool since you can create screen shots with CTRL + PRT SRN. So, when you do a print screen action, it will place it in a Screenshots folder and place the URL in your clipboard.
